Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, managing sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will also include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics in Kochi freight market
• Proven track record in Business Development and Sales
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to Conduct Market Research and Prepare Proposals
• Exceptional Relationship Management and Customer Service Skills
• Familiarity with Customs Clearance, Domestic Transportation, and Warehousing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and travel as needed
