About The Team :

The Business Partnering team is responsible for designing and operationalizing impactful talent strategy that strengthen organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and the overall employee experience.

We collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to provide insights, develop scalable programs, and ensure strong compliance and governance across the organization.

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven HR leader who will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be accountable for designing and delivering people solutions that improve organizational performance and drive business outcomes.

This role will deeply leverage people analytics, workforce planning, talent insights, and HR operational expertise while operating independently as an advanced individual contributor.
