Role & responsibilities
Requirements :
- Expert on labour laws and compliance
- Should have handled Factory operations at a Unit level and at a National level
- Should have experience in managing contract labour
- Very good in Cost management and analytics
- Should be well versed with automation and new HR practices in Manufacturing Plants
- MBA from a reputed institute and having a work experience of 10 - 12 years doing a similar role in mid-sized companies.
- Execution of Corporate HR plan - PMS, L&D, Action planning & execution of employee engagement
- Budgeting, Administration and facilities management of Manufacturing Units, Guest houses, Security, Canteen, Guest-house, Travel (incl. stay)
