We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our HR functions in India. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our HR initiatives, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in HR management or related field.Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in India.Proficient in HR software and tools, including ATS and HRIS systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.Skills Required
