• Some experience of taking part in continuous : Process, Systems, and Capability improvements.
• Ability to work as part of cross-functional ‘virtual’ teams.
• Able to absorb information quickly and extract key details from documents and conversations through intelligent questioning.
• Logical troubleshooting skills and ability to revert and document issues found to a detailed level.
• Strong IP networking skills, ideally demonstrable in a Cisco, Juniper and ADVA environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly Customer focused with proven experience.
• Ability to determine the critical success factor of delivery.
• Good task planning skills and ability to use MS Office tools.
