Experience & Qualifications :
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in prospecting, pitching, and deal closure.
- Strong track record of handling the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital solution sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage post-sales account relationships to ensure client retention and growth.
- Familiarity with digital products and the software development lifecycle is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, demos, negotiation, closure, and after-sales account management.Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.Generate leads via multiple channels : outbound calls, referrals, partnerships, vendors, and events.Deliver impactful product / service demonstrations to prospects.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, business hubs, and industry stakeholders.Ensure smooth post-sales client management, upselling opportunities, and long-term engagement.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and growth targets.If you are interested, please mail your updated resume with the subject line “Application for Business Development Manager” to yashaswini@seabed2crest.com
