At Octopass , we’re looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to take full creative and strategic ownership of our growing family of kids’ channels. You’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy — managing everything from publishing and optimization to analytics and audience growth.

What You’ll Do
Own the Channel : Take full ownership of Octopass’ YouTube channels from end to end — managing uploads, schedules, metadata, and content calendars to ensure a consistent and delightful viewing experience.
Analyze & Optimize : Use data and analytics to understand what drives performance. Implement smart SEO strategies, optimize titles / thumbnails / descriptions, and experiment continuously to boost watch time, CTR, and subscriber growth.
Drive Creative Impact : Design eye-catching thumbnails, banners, and video graphics that reflect our playful worlds and characters. Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure visual storytelling that pops on every device.
Strategic Growth : Develop and execute bold ideas to grow our audience — from A / B testing and playlist optimization to cross-promotion and trend alignment. Stay ahead of what’s working in the kids’ content ecosystem.
Cross-Platform Consistency : Ensure our visual and tonal identity remains cohesive across all platforms — helping Octopass become a recognizable, trusted kids’ brand globally.

Bangalore, India - This is a full-time, hybrid role ( 2 days remote and 3 days per week at the office ) , working with a talented, global team of storytellers, artists, and strategists.
