Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Enablement Manager.

The role is to manage, create, edit, publish and enhance our digital learning platforms and content.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), web development (HTML / CSS), content management, and video editing.

This role is essential to ensuring high-quality, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for all users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, user access is well managed, and technical issues are resolved promptly, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly learning experience
• Develop, update, and maintain web pages using HTML and CSS to support learning and development initiatives.
• Create, edit, and publish digital learning content, including documents, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia assets.
• Perform basic to intermediate video editing tasks such as trimming, subtitling, compressing, and formatting for various platforms.
• Ensure all content is optimized for web performance and accessibility.
• Test and troubleshoot LMS content for functionality and user access
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Troubleshoot content issues and provide technical support to users as needed.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies in eLearning, web development, and multimedia content.
• Generate basic reports from the LMS to track user progress and course engagement
