Job description

Role & responsibilities

Knowledge of Automotive Paint Shop and processes.
Working experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering for Paint Shop equipment like Top coat booth, oven, sealer line and work area.
Facility study and installation / modification for introduction of New model in Paint shop
Spec sheet making, equipment order, P&I drawings check, Installation & Punch point countermeasure.
Prepare equipment installation and modification plan and schedule.
Painting Process, Quality and appearance parameters knowledge
Paint material (Primer, Base, Clear, Thinners) knowledge
Knowledge of Auto CAD / NX for drawing making

Preferred candidate profile

Working experience in Automobile Paint Shop (preferably OEM)

Experience of Paint shop Production Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
