Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development :
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients (MNCs, large enterprises, consulting firms, law firms, etc.) with regular executive travel requirements.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective corporate customers needing bulk airport service packages for their leadership teams.
- Account Management :
- Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, travel managers, admin heads, CXOs).
- Understand client-specific needs and create customized service packages and pricing proposals.
- Provide end-to-end support to ensure smooth implementation and usage of services.
- Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Work closely with marketing to design B2B campaigns, email outreach, and events.
- Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Contracting & Negotiation :
- Lead contractual discussions and close annual or quarterly volume deals.
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Reporting & CRM :
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in corporate / B2B sales, preferably in travel, aviation, concierge services, or hospitality.Strong network within the corporate travel ecosystem (TMCs, HR / Admin heads, corporate procurement).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in selling to C-level or senior decision-makers.Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.________________________________________
Preferred Skills
