Work Mode Work from Office
Senior Associate will handle quality check process from all HRO process perspective across all entities of Client.
Understanding of quality checks
Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes.
Identifying and leveraging opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.
Working closely with internal business units to resolve any quality issues.
Recommending modifications and changes, if any, to the process.
Training other quality SPOCs and assessing their work performance
Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies to solve quality problems.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently, self-directed and solutions oriented.
Sound organizational and planning skills with a solid attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Education : Graduate in any discipline
Experience : 6-12 months of relevant experience.
Additional : 100 % RTO, Ready to travel to other facilities as per business requirements. Knowledge on Onboarding process and documentation will be a plus.
