KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence and communication skills.
- Conducting monthly / quarterly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
- Source team members. (FOS)
- Evaluating the knowledge of team members periodically.
- To keep up with the market updates and insights.
- Day planning for each individual.
- Mapping KPI / KRA for every individual.
- Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided.
- To develop a positive relationship with all clients closed or interacted.
- To develop business development
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES :
2-12yrs. of real estate sales experienceOne should own a vehicle.Prior experience in sales / business development / voice process will be preferredPassionate about salesGood communication skills & Client handling skillsAbility to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clientsFlexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hoursOutlook-Properly groomed and formally dressedConfidence and skillful negotiating skillsStrong organizational skills to give the team directionPERKS AND BENEFITS
