The Role
We're seeking a Software Architect for Data & Platform who will define and drive the technical vision for our real-time streaming infrastructure and trading platform ecosystem. You'll architect mission-critical systems that process billions of financial events daily, designing the foundational infrastructure that powers PAMM, MAMM, Copy Trading, and Introducing Broker systems.
This is a hands-on architecture role where you'll shape the future of financial data processing at scale. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge streaming technologies and complex financial domain requirements, creating architectural blueprints that ensure our platform can handle exponential growth while maintaining sub-millisecond performance.
What You'll Do :
Define and evolve the architectural vision for our real-time streaming data platform
Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for high-volume financial data ingestion and processing
Architect sophisticated trading modules (PAMM, MAMM, Copy Trading, Introducing Broker systems)
Lead technical design reviews and establish architectural standards across the platform
Drive technology selection and evaluation for next-generation data infrastructure
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate architectural vision into implementation
Design data models, APIs, and integration patterns for multi-asset trading platforms
Establish performance benchmarks, scalability targets, and reliability standards
Mentor senior engineers on architectural principles and design patterns

Experience That Matters :
Architectural Leadership : 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience with deep focus on system architecture, distributed systems design, and large-scale platform development
SaaS Data Product Mastery : 5+ years specifically architecting SaaS data products at scale, with proven experience designing multi-tenant data platforms, real-time analytics systems, and customer-facing data APIs that serve thousands of concurrent users
Financial Systems Experience : Significant experience architecting trading platforms, market data systems, risk management infrastructure, or other mission-critical financial applications where accuracy, latency, and regulatory compliance are paramount

Data Architecture Mastery : Advanced expertise in designing data lakes, data meshes, real-time OLAP systems, time-series data models, and hybrid transactional / analytical processing (HTAP) architectures optimized for financial workloads
Java & High-Performance Computing : Deep proficiency in modern Java, JVM performance tuning, garbage collection optimization, and building ultra-low-latency applications that consistently achieve sub-millisecond response times
