Spectral Consultants is currently hiring for one of the fast-growing AI solutions provider in the P&C Insurance sector, driving digital automation and next-gen client service with Generative AI.

Location : Chennai | Experience : 8+ Years

What You’ll Do : -

Define and lead the architecture & tech stack for Agentic AI adoption
Design scalable, secure multi-agent AI systems (autonomy, reasoning, memory)
Build robust API-first integrations and enterprise-grade middleware
Collaborate with ML engineers, product teams & insurance experts
Drive innovation in LLMs, reinforcement learning & neuro-symbolic AI
Ensure compliance, safety & resilience in AI deployments
Mentor and guide technical teams

Must-Have Skills : -

8 to 15 years in AI / ML, LLMs, Agentic workflows & enterprise integration

Proven expertise in architecting AI / software systems at scale

Hands-on with Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, LangChain, AgentGPT

Cloud-native (AWS / Azure / GCP), microservices, Docker / Kubernetes

Strong knowledge of API-first & distributed architectures

Ability to lead and make key architectural decisions

Nice-to-Have : RL, neuro-symbolic AI, observability / AIOps, security & compliance experience
