About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee delivery, operations, hiring, people management and client engagement in our technology business within the capital markets domain. The role requires a strong mix of domain knowledge, operational excellence, people leadership, and client management skills to drive efficiency, quality, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across consulting, managed services, and technology solutions for capital markets clients (e.g., hedge funds, investment banks, trading platforms).
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs for project delivery, client satisfaction, quality assurance, and productivity.
• Drive continuous process improvement in delivery frameworks, governance, and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
