Lead Digital Analyst

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for delivering deep insights and actionable recommendations to optimise user engagement, product performance, and commercial outcomes across a range of digital platforms. From analysing user behaviour to identifying emerging trends and market opportunities, you’ll play a vital role in informing product strategy and decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle.You’ll lead by example within a growing analytics function, mentoring junior analysts and promoting best practices in data analysis and product performance reporting.

Working closely with product managers, designers, and technical teams, you’ll design and deliver dashboards, performance reports, A / B tests, and customer journey analyses.
