Key Responsibilities

• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handling ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity & other statutory compliances.
• Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Handling labor law documentation, inspections & audits.
• Maintaining and updating compliance trackers and statutory registers.
• Assisting in internal audits & coordinating with government authorities.
