Job descriptionLaunched 20+ podcast IPs Produced 300+ episodes Driven 100 million organic views per month Create Content : Produce high-quality videos for Instagram Reels with help of writers and designers. Stay Trendy : Keep up with social media and digital trends. Collaborate : Work with the marketing team to align content with brand goals. Engage : Interact with the Instagram community and respond to comments. Analyze : Monitor content performance and adjust strategies. Innovate : Pitch creative content ideas and manage the content calendar. Proven experience growing and managing a following of 10k+ on Instagram or YouTube. Proficiency in visual storytelling. Strong understanding of Instagram trends and best practices. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in influencer collaborations is a plus.
