Role Overview
We're seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence. This role involves managing all aspects of social media—strategy, content, engagement, influencer marketing, and analytics—with a focus on reinforcing our luxury positioning and engaging our high-end audience.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute a sophisticated social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives and elite consumer expectations; oversee platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook etc
- Design and implement campaigns—from seasonal and new launches
Content Creation & Aesthetics
Produce relevant content : high-quality photography, lifestyle imagery, short-form video, elegant graphics, and captivating story formats.Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all communications, conveying exclusivity, sophistication, and heritage.Community Building & Influencer Collaboration
Cultivate and engage a loyal, aspirational online community; respond artfully to comments and inquiries, to reflect the brand’s polished personaIdentify and collaborate with influencers, celebrities, or stylists for an authentic and impactful partnershipPerformance & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on engagement, reach, conversion metrics, and campaign performance to continually refine strategyTrendspotting & Innovation
Stay abreast of luxury branding trends and social platform evolutions; proactively incorporate emerging formats, storytelling styles (e.g., Reels, TikTok), and engagement tools.Qualifications
Experience : 3 to 7+ years as Social Media Manager, preferably with luxury, fashion, jewellery, or heritage brandsEducation : Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a creative discipline; credentials from institutions like NIFT or NID are a plusPlatform Proficiency : Skilled with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube; adept in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe SuiteAnalytical Tools : Comfortable with Google Analytics, social ads managers, SEO tools, and content performance dashboardsCreative Skills : Strong visual storytelling sensibility; attention to elegance, narrative, and detailSoft Skills : Excellent communicator, organized, able to multitask, and aligned with luxury clientele sensibilities
