Franchise Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand our business
footprint.
Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, andalliance stakeholders.
Strategic Alliances
Initiate and manage tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth andbrand visibility.
Market Research
Conduct research to spot new opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors.Partner Support
Assist franchise partners with business planning, operations, and performanceoptimization.
□ Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and partnersupport.
Target Achievement
Drive revenue growth by meeting franchise acquisition and strategic alliance goals.Industry Representation
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking forums.What We're Looking For :
Experience in Franchise Development
Proven track record in franchise appointment, expansion, and management.Retail & Alliances Expertise
Strong background in retail trade and building business alliances.□ Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred)
Prior exposure to the medical or healthcare domain is a plus.Communication & Negotiation
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Result-Oriented Mindset
Self-starter with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work independently.Willing to Travel
Comfortable with frequent travel for business development activities.Qualifications :
