Student / Client Counseling :
- Provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions to guide individuals in academic, career, personal, or psychological matters based on their specific needs.
Assessment & Evaluation :
Conduct assessments using standardized tools or interviews to evaluate clients' interests, skills, personality, or emotional well-being.Career & Academic Guidance :
Assist students or clients in making informed decisions regarding education, training, and career paths aligned with their strengths and goals.Mental Health Support :
Identify signs of stress, anxiety, or emotional distress and provide appropriate support or referrals to mental health professionals when needed.Record Maintenance :
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, progress, and action plans as per organizational standards.Workshops & Seminars :
Organize and conduct awareness programs, skill development sessions, or career guidance workshops for students or client groups.Collaboration :
Coordinate with teachers, parents, HR, or healthcare professionals as needed to ensure a supportive environment for the client's development.Ethical Practice :
Adhere to professional and ethical standards of counseling, maintaining confidentiality and non-judgmental conduct at all times.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.5 to 10 years of counseling experience in an academic, clinical, or corporate setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic approach and strong problem-solving abilities.Skills Required
