About The Role

We are seeking a visionary Technology Leader to shape the future of automation and collaboration within our organization. This role focuses on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem, including Power Platform, Office 365 tools, and integration with emerging technologies such as Copilot and Generative AI.

You will lead strategic initiatives to automate processes, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation across global teams. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead RPA Strategy & Execution :

• Drive adoption of Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools to streamline business processes.
• Oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle from design to deployment.

What You Have :

Business Acumen : Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Level Working Knowledge :

Standard Operating Procedures : Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.

Level Basic Understanding :

Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Level Extensive Experience :

Problem Solving : Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Level Extensive Experience :

Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyse situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

This position will require travelling about 10% of the time.
