Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Lead IT Infrastructure / IT Manager to oversee org IT operations and contribute directly to our information security initiatives. This position will report to the Head of IT & Security and will combine responsibilities as an individual contributor over specific IT functions. The Lead IT Infrastructure / IT Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, safeguarding information assets, and supporting compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Operations & Infrastructure :

• Manage Org-wide IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, end-user computing, and SaaS platforms.
• Provide direct hands-on support in system administration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Oversee IT service delivery in alignment with ITIL practices, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient user support.
• Handle vendor coordination, software licensing, and asset management.
