Role Overview

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong expertise in marketing automations, analytics, and ad optimization . The role focuses on driving high-quality leads and automating marketing funnels for Pluto Drones and Drone Lab setups .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and retargeting.
• Build and manage marketing automations using tools like Brevo (Sendinblue), Zoho CRM, and Tag Manager .
• Set up conversion tracking, GCLID mapping, and data attribution for campaign performance.
• Create and monitor performance dashboards (GA4, Data Studio, CRM Reports).
• Collaborate with the content team to A / B test creatives, copy, and CTAs.
• Ensure smooth integration between ad platforms, CRM, and email automation flows.
