Job Description

As Operational Lead, your main goal will be to establish and maintain robust relationships with territories and clients. This involves a deep comprehension of their needs, providing proactive support, and orchestrating collaborative efforts across teams to guarantee the delivery of outstanding service.

• Build and nurture strong territory / client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
• Deliver exceptional client service and identify opportunities for service development.
• Oversee day to day operations, ensuring efficiency, timelines and compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Manage budgets, financial planning and forecasting to achieve financial goals and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure high-quality standards in service or product delivery, compliance with regulations, and client satisfaction.
• Allocate and manage resources to support project and client needs
• Build and manage a high-performing team through talent acquisition, training, and succession planning.
• Foster the professional growth and development of team members, coaching and mentoring them to reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership, aligning team objectives with organizational goals and driving the achievement of key performance indicators.
• Lead complex and high-impact projects and programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, driving thought leadership initiatives and fostering innovation within the team and the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify emerging trends, market opportunities and threats to inform strategic decisions
