Director – Development

to drive our national growth strategy through

management contracts and revenue-share partnerships .

Location :

Corporate Office – Gurgaon

Scope : Pan India

Role Type :

Leadership | Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities :

Drive hotel portfolio expansion across India

Source & close management contract and revenue-share projects

Build and manage a strong pipeline of hotel owners and investor partners

Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures

Work cross-functionally with legal, technical and finance teams

Travel for deal origination and closure meetings as required

Candidate Profile : 7–10 years of

experience in hotel development

(mandatory)

Proven track record in

hotel signing and deal closure

Strong network with hotel developers, owners and real estate groups

Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability

Professional presence and relationship-building skills

Target and result-oriented mindset
