Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Product Application Specialist to support our Respiratory Care range of Sleep Diagnostics , Ventilation (NIV) , and Sleep Therapy products. This is a full-time position based in India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clinical and technical application support for our products.
• Reporting to Business Manager in India.
• Assist in pre-sales activities , including product installations- configuration and demonstrations.
• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for Sleep Technologists, RT`s, partners and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Analyse product performance, gather user feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
