Job Title : Female Warden (Correctional Facility)

Job Location - Maval Lonavala

Salary - 20K to 30K

Experience - 2 years minimum & 3 to 5years maximum

Position Summary :

The Female Warden is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and administration of a correctional facility housing female inmates. This includes overseeing staff, enforcing facility policies and procedures, maintaining security, ensuring inmate welfare, and promoting rehabilitation programs aimed at reducing recidivism. The Female Warden works to create a safe and effective environment for both staff and inmates, and ensures compliance with legal regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications :

• Education : A bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, public administration, or a related field (advanced degrees may be preferred).
• Experience : Several years of experience in correctional facility operations, including at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a correctional setting.
• Licensing / Certification : Certification in correctional administration or related areas may be required (varies by jurisdiction).

Skills and Competencies : Must have good English & Marathi communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent; M.P.Ed preferred B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification advantageous Prior experience teaching P.E or sports in a school setting preferred (at least 1‑2 years) Knowledge of multiple sports and fitness training methods Good communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, patient, motivating, with ability to manage groups of students Understanding of safety, first aid during sports / physical activities
