Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Transactions & Accounting
- Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions (accounts payable / receivable).
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses efficiently.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.Generate MIS reports and analyze financial performance.3. Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.Assist in preparing and filing tax returns.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.4. Payroll & Employee Reimbursements
Process employee salaries and benefits.Handle reimbursement claims and deductions.Maintain payroll records and compliance with labor laws.5. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions for payments and reconciliations.Liaise with internal teams for budgeting and financial approvals.Assist senior management in financial decision-making.Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance)2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an engineering / manufacturing company.Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks.
