Job descriptionPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Generate MIS reports and analyze financial performance. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data. Process employee salaries and benefits. Handle reimbursement claims and deductions. Maintain payroll records and compliance with labor laws. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions for payments and reconciliations. Liaise with internal teams for budgeting and financial approvals. Assist senior management in financial decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance) 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an engineering / manufacturing company. Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks.

- Process invoices, payments, and expenses efficiently.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments.
