What You'll Do

As a Learning Design Specialist / Senior Specialist, you will support the design and continuous enhancement of BCG U's learning content to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with client needs and learning best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development & Innovation : Maintain and update custom learning solutions to reflect current trends and evolving business priorities.
• Instructional Design : Support the creation of self-paced modules, masterclasses, role plays, and simulations using proven learning and behavior change frameworks.
• Collaboration with Experts : Partner with subject matter experts and vendors to co-develop high-quality learning content.
• Curriculum Support : Assist in standardizing and customizing content, as well as upgrading existing materials across programs.
