Job descriptionDigital Marketing Engineer — a creative and tech-savvy professional who can bring our marketing ideas to life across digital platforms while learning and growing with us. Understand our products, brands, and audience deeply. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and aggregator platforms (Zomato, Swiggy). Create and schedule engaging content (images, videos, reels, blogs). Design and implement discounts, offers, and promotions to boost sales. Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements Manage and optimize our presence on Zomato, Swiggy, and our own website Coordinate with design and kitchen teams for new product launches and marketing material. Explore new tools and strategies to enhance brand visibility. Google, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or SEO certifications Creative thinking + data analysis Knowledge of social media, SEO, and paid ads Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) Eagerness to learn and adapt in a startup environment Learn by doing in a real startup Work directly with founders Shape the growth of exciting food brands
