Job Summary :
Onwords is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence by developing and managing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the digital marketing efforts, overseeing strategy, and ensuring effective execution across all online channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy : Formulate, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads) to achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Management & Optimization : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting : Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across channels to maximize results.
- SEO Strategy & Implementation : Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content optimization, to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Social Media Strategy & Engagement : Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, increase engagement, and cultivate a strong online community.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality services within budget and according to agreed-upon timelines.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation : Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate new strategies into campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with design, content, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook / Meta Ads.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS.
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
