Key Responsibilities :
Resolve queries and concerns raised by clients in a timely fashion
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Help to improve customer communication
Collaborate with managers to resolve issues toward the goal of building customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Entering customer information into a computer database
Ensure that relationship with clients is maintained throughout the product lifecycle
Ensuring owners are always well looked after
Understanding all aspects of existing and upcoming projects
Ideating with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations Team to come up with new innovative pre- and post-sales experiences and to improve the process flow
Co-ordinate with various departments (Legal, operations, finance, and accounts) to ensure all client queries are addressed.
To ensure that all post-sales SOPs are followed and adherence throughout all teams is maintained
