Study Abroad Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert student leads through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Provide detailed guidance about Abroad universities, courses, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission processes.
• Assist students in university selection based on academic background, budget, and career goals.
• Explain application requirements such as SOP, LOR, financial documents, CAS, and visa procedures.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the latest Abroad university updates, intakes, deadlines, and policies.
• Conduct counselling sessions via phone, video calls, or in person.
• Track student applications and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Provide support until the student receives admission and visa approval.
• Participate in webinars, education fairs, and marketing events when required.
