Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor with 1–2 years of experience in an educational institute or academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and their parents about academic options, course structures, and career planning, while playing a key role in the admissions and enrolment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
• 1–2 years of prior experience as an Academic Counsellor in any education academy or institute.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening ability and a student-focused mindset.
• Ability to explain course content, structure, and benefits clearly.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
