About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Noida with a proven track record of hiring seniors and niche talent , particularly across Product, Technology, and Marketing functions . This role requires deep expertise in SaaS / Software Product industry hiring , strategic sourcing, detailed screening, stakeholder management, and a strong ability to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring : Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for niche positions across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Talent Strategy & Advisory : Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic talent needs and craft hiring plans.
• Market Intelligence : Leverage insights and data to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends within the SaaS ecosystem.
• Sourcing Excellence : Build robust talent pipelines through advanced sourcing methods including headhunting, referrals, professional networks, and industry events.
• Candidate Experience : Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, timely follow-ups, and personalized engagement.
• Employer Branding : Collaborate with marketing and business teams to enhance the company's presence in the product and tech talent market.
• Metrics & Reporting : Track and report hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity ratios, ensuring hiring objectives are met.
