We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands eCommerce inside out - from acquisition cost to customer lifetime value - and knows how to use paid media to drive profitable growth.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketer, you will manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for multiple eCommerce brands.
You'll work directly with the strategy and creative teams to ensure every campaign delivers ROI-focused performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta and Google Ad campaigns for eCommerce clients.
- Strategize full-funnel ad structures - from prospecting to remarketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for profitable ROAS and lower CAC.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
- Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Coordinate with design and copy teams to ensure ad creatives align with strategy.
- Research new audiences, trends, and ad opportunities to stay ahead of competition.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently while maximizing revenue output.
- Leverage tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and other analytics dashboards.
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing for eCommerce brands or D2C agencies.Proven record of achieving 5x+ ROAS and reducing acquisition costs.Strong understanding of full-funnel eCommerce marketing and conversion optimization.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).Experience with Shopify, pixel setup, and event tracking.Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.Ability to handle multiple brands and optimize across verticals.Perks
