Social Media Marketing Intern

Job descriptionHands-on experience working with a real fashion-tech startup based in NY, USA. Learn growth, content, and trend strategies used by top creators. Direct mentorship from the founder. Opportunity to convert into a paid role or full-time position based on performance. Certificate and LinkedIn recommendation upon completion. Loves fashion, content creation, and social media trends. Has basic knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Canva. Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity. Self-starter, responsible, and consistent. Duration : 2-3 months (Flexible) Time : 2-3 hours / day (remote) Unpaid (Performance-based paid opportunity after internship)
We're looking for a passionate, creative, and self-driven Social Media & Community Intern to help manage our day-to-day posting, engage users, and grow our online presence across platforms.
You'll be working directly with the founder to execute social media strategies and bring fresh ideas to life.
Responsibilities :
- Curate and post daily fashion and AI-generated content on Instagram, TikTok, and Ramp Social itself.
- Engage with the community - respond to comments, follow trends, and encourage user participation.
- Assist in content planning, trend research, and creating viral hooks.
- Help organize influencer collaborations and shoutouts.
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
