Key Responsibilities :
- Work on qualified leads provided by the company.
- Connect with potential customers over calls and explain project details.
- Schedule and conduct site visits (SVs) with clients.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with prospects for closures and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and share regular reports with management.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Comfortable with fieldwork and handling client meetings.Immediate joiners preferred.
