Role : Infor Lawson Payroll IT Analyst
Summary :
Seeking an experienced Infor Lawson Payroll IT Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize Lawson HCM systems with strong focus on Payroll. Role includes system administration, payroll troubleshooting, interface development, testing, and end-user support.
🔹 Mandatory Skills
- 3–5 yrs experience in Infor Lawson HCM – Payroll (PR)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of PR (Payroll), HR (Human Resources), PA (Personnel Administration), BN (Benefits)
- Experience with Lawson S3, LSF / Process Flow , integrations & interfaces
- Experience with payroll integrations to benefits providers, 401k vendors, banking systems .
- SQL proficiency + Lawson reporting tools ( BIRT / Crystal / BI )
- 2+ yrs payroll processing / support (tax, garnishments, year-end W-2 / 1095-C)
- Strong troubleshooting and payroll functional understanding
