We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department. This role demands a knowledgeable and dynamic leader who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition, and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and a strong grasp of the full marketing mix. Crucially, your background must include strong experience in the unique dynamics of an IT Service based company , because that's the world we operate in.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead Performance Marketing initiatives (must-have) across various channels (e.g., paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, SEO) to maximize ROI and drive lead generation and conversions.
- Devise and implement SEO and AEO strategies to improve organic search performance and enhance website visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance metrics and professional development goals for team members.
- Serve as the knowledgeable person for the organization on all marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry shifts.
- Utilize strong communication skills to articulate marketing vision, strategies, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior managerial role.Proven expertise and a successful track record in Performance Marketing (mandatory).Solid experience with email marketing platforms, segmentation, and automation.Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in developing, implementing, and measuring effective marketing programs.Demonstrated ability to build and manage a successful team.Added Advantage : Previous experience working for a service-based company.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong knowledge of SEO and AEO strategies .Why Join Us :
