About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach to drive sales capability and performance across India. This role is ideal for someone with a strong B2B sales background who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and enabling sales teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor regional sales teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct sales capability assessments and deliver customized training interventions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align coaching with strategic goals.
- Travel extensively across India to support on-ground sales teams.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
8–15 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in industrial products, elevators, or capital goods .Proven experience in sales coaching, training, or enablement .Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel extensively and work from the client’s Mumbai office.Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.
