Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Lead Qualification Executive. The Lead Qualification Executive will be responsible for qualifying potential leads, managing and organizing leads through CRM systems, maintaining communication with clients, and coordinating with the sales team. Daily tasks include lead qualification, client interaction, and ensuring leads are thoroughly vetted before being passed to the sales team. Additionally, the role includes managing the company CRM and helping other verticals convert high ticket clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talking to high ticket clients and lead qualification
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the event planning industry is a plus
