Jaipur studio brings together artisans, designers, and creative thinkers redefining what “Made in India” means for a global audience.

The Role

We’re looking for a

strong, hands-on designer who understands both creativity and construction — someone who can think like an artist, execute like a technician, and collaborate like a builder.

You’ll work closely with our production team and artisans to develop silhouettes, embroidery, and prints that blend heritage and modernity — while also contributing to sourcing and material innovation.

Responsibilities

• Research and design new silhouettes aligned with Kochi Kochu’s aesthetic and storytelling.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or textile design, with proven work on contemporary or luxury collections.
• Develop prints and surface artworks , including

placement layouts, scale, and graphic design refinement.

source fabrics, trims, and materials across key Indian hubs (Jaipur, Delhi, Surat, Banaras, Kerala, etc.).

Ideal Candidate

fashion or textile design , with strong technical understanding.

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop , or similar design software.

NID, NIFT, Pearl Academy, or similar reputed institutions known for design and craftsmanship.
