Role Summary :

This role will lead the end-to-end finance operations, accounting, and financial compliance

function for MSM Unify. It requires driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning,

statutory compliance, and internal financial controls across the organization. The position

demands strategic oversight combined with operational excellence to enable data-driven

decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Finance & Budgeting

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Monitor actual performance vs. budget and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide strategic financial input on business performance and investment decisions.
• Prepare periodic financial dashboards, board-level presentations, and profitability

analysis.

Accounting Operations

reconciliations.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management
