Key Responsibilities : Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation, prioritization, and planning to execution and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to scaling the product organization and its processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
15+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership roles in building and launching large-scale digital products.
Proven track record of defining and executing complex product strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Deep understanding of agile product development, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization abilities.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Figma (for collaboration), as well as analytics platforms.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or consumer product companies.
Strong understanding of UX principles and technology fundamentals.
Prior experience working with globally distributed or remote teams.
