Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation, prioritization, and planning to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to scaling the product organization and its processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
15+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership roles in building and launching large-scale digital products.Proven track record of defining and executing complex product strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Deep understanding of agile product development, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization abilities.Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Figma (for collaboration), as well as analytics platforms.Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.Experience in SaaS, B2B, or consumer product companies.Strong understanding of UX principles and technology fundamentals.Prior experience working with globally distributed or remote teams.
