GrowExx - Senior Product Owner - B2B / B2C / Pesales

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value features.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to align product development with market demands.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing product expertise, preparing demos, and responding to RFPs and client inquiries.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
