Job Description
The General Manager – L&D is a direct company appointment employment with significant importance for overall Kshema group L&D activities. The General Manager – L&D is accountable for managing L&D tasks of all locations and facilities including talent learning, talent development, talent succession processes, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Incumbents will be responsible for
- Learning domain tasks which include accountability of the learning process, training plans, learning management system, and successful execution of all learning activities.
- Plan, execute, and improve all learning plans by closely working with all functional managers.
- Develop, execute, and measure learning outcomes and enhance the learning domain year on year.
- Proactively work on learning needs based on business growth, and expansion plans to support functional needs.
- Development domain tasks include accountability of talent development process, succession planning process, and successful execution of all talent development activities.
- Plan, execute, and improve all talent development plans by closely working with all functional managers.
- Measure talent development outcomes and enhance the development domain year on year.
- Proactively work on talent development needs based on business growth, and expansion plans to support functional needs.
- Execute induction tasks, learning management systems, soft skills training, and mandatory training successfully.
Experience :
Minimum 10 to 12 years of exposure in the L&D domain.Passion to develop L&D domain.Exposure to working with large-scale and multi-location office setupsEducation :
Postgraduate in HR or L&D.Competencies / Skills :

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in Insurance or Service IndustryPreferred domain expertise : Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
