Job Description : About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Qualification Associate to join our Sales / Business Development team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline. Your ability to assess lead quality, gather key information, and communicate effectively will play a critical role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with prospects via email, and chat to understand their needs and assess fit.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate lead data and notes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Identify and route high-potential leads to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up.
- Track and report key metrics related to lead qualification, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Conduct light market research to support lead enrichment and segmentation efforts.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to the marketing team.
Qualifications :
1+ years of experience in lead qualification or a client facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent with email writingGood at MS Excel and basic knowledge of CRM like salesforceHighly organized with great attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Location :
